Thermaltake is showcasing the A700 Aluminum TG, which is absed on the familiar A500. In addition, the manufacturer also introduces the new S Series Steel Tempered Glass Edition casings.
Thermaltake Level A700 Aluminum
The Thermaltake Level A700 Aluminum TG builds on the A500. The side parts made of tempered glass were reinforced and are now five millimeters thick instead of four. They have a hinge and can be opened like a door. An aluminum front panel and lid are designed to hide the air intakes. In these places as well as the lid, an air filter is also integrated. It supports motherboards up to the E-ATX form factor and is equipped with a power supply cover. This should allow a tidy interior without disturbing cables. GPUs can be up to 410mm long when dispensing with the HDD cage. CPU coolers can be up to 160 mm high. The drive supports up to four 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives. The Thermaltake A700 Aluminum TG is equipped with two 140 mm fans . Alternatively, two 200 mm fans can be installed in the front. The same applies to the lid, which also offers space for a 420 mm radiator. The prices and availability are not announced yet.
S Series Steel Tempered Glass Edition
The Thermaltake S Series Steel Tempered Glass Edition is available in two cases, the S300 Steel TG and the S500 Steel TG . The lid and the front are made of steel and are intended to hide the air intakes as in the A-series. The I / O panel consists of two USB 3.0 and two USB ports. Thermaltake relies on Dismantable Modular Design, which is designed to facilitate the installation of components through modular fixtures and brackets. The rotatable PCIe system can accommodate multiple GPUs and deploy them both vertically and horizontally. A power supply cover is also used in these cases as a hiding place for cables. For the prices and the availability, we currently have no information.
