Samsung Electronics has unveiled the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S10+, marking the company's inaugural tablets specifically designed with integrated artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra features a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, while the Galaxy Tab S10+ is equipped with a 12.4-inch variant of the same high-resolution display technology. Both models include the S Pen stylus, optimized for precise input and bundled with the devices. Compared to the preceding Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, the S10 Ultra offers significant performance enhancements, including an 18% increase in central processing unit (CPU) speed, a 28% improvement in graphics processing unit (GPU) performance, and a 14% boost in neural processing unit (NPU) capabilities. These upgrades facilitate more efficient execution of AI-driven features and enhance overall system responsiveness.

The advanced processing power of the Galaxy Tab S10 series enables the implementation of sophisticated AI functionalities accessible via written prompts through the new Galaxy AI Key integrated into the Book Cover Keyboards. The software ecosystem encompasses AI-enhanced features such as Note Assist and Drawing Assist, tailored to optimize user productivity and creative tasks on the tablet's form factor. Additionally, the Galaxy Tab S10 series functions as a home AI device, featuring a 3D Map View that provides a comprehensive overview of the home environment and connected devices, thereby streamlining device management within Samsung's SmartThings ecosystem. Security is reinforced through Samsung Knox, ensuring data privacy and control, while the incorporation of sustainable materials in the device construction underscores Samsung's commitment to environmental responsibility.

From a hardware perspective, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and S10+ deliver a high-performance, lag-free user experience supported by substantial advancements in AI processing power. Both models are equipped with long-lasting batteries and support for Super-Fast Charging, minimizing downtime and extending usage periods. The Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays offer vivid and natural color reproduction, enhanced by advanced anti-reflective technology that maintains clarity under various lighting conditions and angles. Audio performance is improved through a quad-speaker setup with AI-powered Dialogue Boost, which enhances voice clarity over background noise. The tablets are built for durability, featuring an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and Armor Aluminium construction to withstand physical impacts. On the software side, the Galaxy Tab S10 series provides a suite of productivity and creative tools, including AI-assisted note-taking, PDF translation with overlay capabilities, handwriting correction, and image recognition. These features make the tablets suitable for both professional and personal use. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and S10+ will be available in select markets starting October 3, offered in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver, with pricing starting at $1,199.99 for the S10 Ultra and $999.99 for the S10+, available in multiple storage configurations.
