Seagate Technology, based in California, unveiled its Nytro 4350 NVMe SSD series, designed for data center applications. These SSDs are equipped with PCI Express 4.0 (x4) interface, and are available in three capacity variants: 480GB, 960GB, and 1.92TB. The devices employ a Phison controller and eTLC NAND flash, which is noted for its durability. They feature power loss protection, end-to-end data protection, and SMART temperature monitoring functionalities. Seagate also offers the SeaTools utility, enabling real-time monitoring of the drive’s status.

The technical specifications for the Nytro 4350 NVMe SSDs include a maximum sequential read speed of 5,500MB/s and a maximum sequential write speed of 2,000MB/s. The drives offer up to 800,000 IOPS for random read and up to 58,000 IOPS for random write operations. With an endurance rating of 1 Drive Writes Per Day (DWPD), the total bytes written (TBW) capacity amounts to 936TBW for the 480GB model, 1,890TBW for the 960GB model, and 3,800TBW for the 1.92TB model. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is rated at 2 million hours.

Physically, the SSDs measure 22.15mm in width, 80.15mm in length, and 4.08mm in height, with a weight of 10 grams. Seagate offers a 5-year warranty for these products.
