You can check the system requirements for the remake of RESIDENT EVIL 2. It's going to be a DX11 title with a minimum of a Core i5-4460, 2.70GHz or AMD FX-6300 and for graphics, recommended is a GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 480.
In an interview with Geoff Keighley at E3 2018, AMD announced a partnerships with Rebellion, Ubisoft and Capcom. According to Scott Herkelman, VP and GM at AMD Radeon Gaming, The Division 2, Resident Evil 2 Remake and Strange Brigade will be optimized for AMD’s graphics cards.
