In the current Radeon driver from AMD hints were found based on previously unknown graphics cards. The Radeon RX 640 and the Radeon 630, both do not offer any new technology and are still based on the Polaris GPU.
VideoCardz was able to identify a Radeon 630 in the analysis of the driver, which according to the files should be a rebrand of the Radeon RX 540 (X), which has only appeared in Germany in two laptops from Acer and HP. It is also based on Polaris 12 and offers like the Radeon RX 540 retail 512 shaders but only 3,000 MHz instead of a 3,500 MHz memory clock. In contrast, a Radeon RX 550 for OEMs, also available as Radeon RX 550X for a year, uses 640 shaders.
