Plextor is set to release their M9Pe NVMe SSDs, and on it's Facebook page has been teasing the NVME drive drives with some photos and a CrystalDiskMark benchmark run. The results are impressive.

The M9Pe will be the successor to the M8Pe series and seems to be seriously fast, closing in and sometimes passing the Samsung 960 EVOand 960 PRO NVME SSD. The photos indicate that Plextor once again will release a regular M2 unit, then one with a heatsink, and also an M8Pe model that has been placed on a PCI-e Daughter board (add-in). Other then the photos reveal little of course. 

You can expect reviews in the near future, here at Guru3D we already have been testing one unit, and the review is ready for publication once the embargo lifts.
