AMD in a tweet shares that the 12+4 pin ATX 12VHPWR connector will not be used in any of its upcoming Radeon RX 7000 series next-generation graphics cards.
Scott Herkelman, SVP and GM of the AMD Radeon product group mentioned this on Twitter in the aftermath of this issue. On November 3, 2022, AMD is predicted to announce RDNA3 7900 Seriesd graphics cards.
