World Update IV is as implied the fourth update for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and is now live. The update brings changes in different scenarios focused on Western Europe. More than 100 tourist spots in the region received a higher level of detail to give the best possible fidelity and realism to the game. Castles, cathedrals, monuments, museums, palaces, bridges, lighthouses, dams, mills, and stadiums were some of the places that the developers paid special attention to in the update.
A study revealed that this World Update IV includes a new procedural generation algorithm, which adds more authenticity to locations, creating architectural elements with a high level of fidelity.
