The ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI Gene small form factor mobo was tight in supply and is now available in volume. The Intel Z390 chipset based product sits in the "ROG" series products.

This is the motherboard that supports the new and likely very expensive "DOUBLE Capability DIMM" that can get you towards 32 GB per slot. and thus move you to 64 GB even though there are only two memory slots.

Also, "ROG DIMM.2" can mount two M.2 SSDs via the DDR4 interface, "AI overclock" that automatically determines the CPU potential and cooling performance, and performs optimum tuning, for audio S1220A Codec and ESS Equipped with a number of unique functions of the ASUS ROG series such as "Supreme FX" for gamers composed of "ES9023P".

Main specifications are DDR 4 - 4800 ×2 memory slots, storage SATA 3.0 (6 Gbps) ×4, M2 ×4 (two are "ROG DIMM 2"), expansion slots. PCI - Express 3. 0 (x16) x 1, PCI - Express 3.0 (x4) x 1, the network equipped with Gigabit LAN by Intel I 219 V and wireless LAN + Bluetooth 5.0 by Intel Wireless - AC 9560.
