Microsoft will be offering fonts through its Microsoft Store. The Arial Nova font has been published in the app store, at this time only users of the latest Windows 10 Insider build can download the font.
By offering fonts through the Store, Microsoft seems to want to simplify the installation of fonts, reports Tweakers.net, the presence of the font in the app store was discovered by Twitter user Ducky.
At this time it's just a single font, if there will be more is not yet known, but seems likely. The description of Arial Nova in the Microsoft Store states that Windows 10 version 17040 or later is required for installation. Earlier this week, the Italian website Aggiornamenti Lumia also discovered that Microsoft is experimenting with language packages in the Store. These are so-called Local Experience Packs, which translate the Windows 10 environment into, for example, Russian or Catalan.
