InWin Development Inc., a prominent PC hardware manufacturer, has unveiled the F3 Mini Tower PC case, designed to accommodate mini ITX and micro ATX motherboard configurations. The F3 emphasizes both aesthetic design and functional efficiency, supporting modern motherboard layouts that feature backside connections, such as ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero. This design choice facilitates a cleaner internal build by minimizing visible cables and connectors. The front panel of the F3 incorporates mesh windows, enhancing airflow directly to the internal components and contributing to optimal thermal management. Constructed from SECC steel and tempered glass, the F3 adopts a minimalist aesthetic, available in black and white finishes, with the white variant featuring wooden accents. The case design also prioritizes ease of assembly, utilizing a screw-free mechanism that simplifies the building process.

The InWin F3 is engineered to support diverse motherboard connector placements through its multi-orientation brackets on the motherboard tray, ensuring compatibility across various configurations. It offers four PCI-Express slots capable of accommodating graphics cards up to 340 millimeters in length, catering to high-performance GPUs with substantial heatsinks. The case adheres to NVIDIA’s Small Form Factor (SFF) sizing guidelines, enhancing component compatibility for custom PC builders. Inside the compact enclosure, the F3 provides support for CPU heatsinks up to 160 millimeters in height and allows for liquid cooling solutions with radiator support of up to 240 millimeters on the top and 280 millimeters on the front. Power supply installation is optimized for space efficiency, with ATX power supplies up to 160 millimeters in length positioned behind the front panel. The front I/O panel is equipped with a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and a 3.5-millimeter HD audio combo jack (CTIA), facilitating connectivity for various peripherals and devices.

Included with the F3 Mini Tower is InWin’s Neptune AN120 fan bundle, which features high-performance case fans designed for silent operation and effective airflow. The Neptune AN120 fans deliver up to 60.1 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of airflow and 2.27 millimeters of water (mm/H2O) of static pressure at noise levels as low as 20.5 decibels (dB(A)). These fans are equipped with Addressable RGB (ARGB) lighting, allowing for customizable illumination that can enhance the visual appeal of the PC build. Additionally, the F3 case provides the capability to install up to five additional fans across the front, top, and bottom panels, offering further flexibility for users seeking to optimize their system’s cooling performance.
