Rockstar has officially released the remastered versions of three Grand Theft Auto games, which were previously only available in Japan. More specifically, these include Grand Theft Auto III (which was initially released in 2001), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002), and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2006). (2004).

The developer has made numerous graphics enhancements, which are clearly visible. Direct comparisons between the old and new games are already aplenty on the internet. Vinewood Motors, a Twitter streamer who is involved in the San Andreas community, has posted a direct comparison of the city's skyline. Whereas the original offered little contrast between the different buildings, you can now see inside several of them, which was not possible before. It is also possible to see between the buildings without the image becoming blurry or distorted.

Recently, it was reported that the system requirements will become even more demanding than those of Grand Theft Auto V, and it turns out that this was correct. The value of the additional possibilities is immediately apparent. Furthermore, the Twitter accounts GTA News (which is not affiliated with the game) and The Trilogy both show significant improvement.
