The brand new premium Intel Z790 series motherboards from Gigabyte are now listed to browse on the company's website, along with detailed specifications on the revised chipsets. In a surprising turn of events, the organisation is now verifying Intel's whole portfolio of 13th Gen Core series processors, before Intel has officially announced them.
Intel's 13th-generation K-series SKUs, of which there are just six next week, will debut with or without integrated graphics depending on the model. These 125W TDP SKUs are the most popular among Intel enthusiasts and can be overclocked. If you can not afford the K-series or just require a less powerful CPU, one that runs on 65W or 35W TDP, you will have to wait a bit longer. Other SKUs' release dates have not been announced by Intel as of yet. But at least sixteen additional CPUs are likely to hit the market soon.
Leaks from Gigabyte's website have confirmed the development of twenty-two 13th-generation Core processors, which are currently nearing release. However, the list does not include all relevant specifications. What is lacking, however, are details like core/thread combinations and boost frequencies, still geez Gigabyte..
