Much like AMD with the Radeon 4890 and specification leaking all the time, it seems to be similar for NVIDIA. As you guys have heard a gazillion times already NVIDIA will release the GeForce GTX 275 as reaction to the new Radeon HD 4890 graphics card.
As it seems the card will have a full set of shader processors accumulating up towards 240, just like the GTX 285. The difference in-between these two needs to be found in the memory bandwidth as the GTX 275 will have a 448-bit memory bus.
It is now rumored that the GTX 275e the following clock frequencies:
- Core clock 633MHz
- Shader clock 1404MHz
- Memory clock 1161MHz (x2)
GPU | Shaders | Mem | Shaders | Mem bus | framebuffer | Price | |

GTX275 | 633MHz | 1404MHz | 2322MHz | 240 | 448-bit | 896MB | 229 ~ 279 dollar |
GTX285 | 648MHz | 1476MHz | 2484MHz | 240 | 512-bit | 1024MB | 339 dollar |

Pricing wise we expect he GeForce GTX 275 to cost roughly 229 dollar en 279 dollar. Both the Radeon HD 4890 and GeForce GTX 275 will be launched somewhere in week 2 of April 2009.
