A week or so ago GALAX announced their Hall of Fame edition GeForce GTX 980 that boosts over 1400 Mhz at default. This is one of the more desirable GTX 980 card for many with that massive cooler and the white design (including PCB). We just received our sample and I just wanted to share some photos with you guys already.
Following in the HOF tradition, each card is factory tuned with the highest core clock in its class. GALAX has taken every possible step with their in-house designed white PCB, ultra-premium components including a 7 heat-pipe triple fan cooler.
GALAX exclusive Hyper Boost technology acts like a hardware turbocharger, increasing the maximum power delivered to the GPU with the push of a button. Dual BIOS further simplifies the tweaking process by enabling risk-free firmware updates and customization.
