MSI has released its top-tier AMD motherboard, the MEG X870E GODLIKE, available for approximately $1,279 USD. The motherboard features a 10-layer printed circuit board (PCB) with 2-ounce copper for enhanced electrical performance. It is equipped with a 24+2+1 phase Duet Rail power supply and a 110A SPS DrMOS system to ensure stable power delivery. The MEG X870E GODLIKE supports DDR5 memory with overclocking capabilities up to 9000 MHz, suitable for high-performance computing.
The motherboard provides extensive expansion options, including two full-length PCIe 5.0 slots and one PCIe 4.0×4 slot, with bandwidth managed by the chipset. For storage, there are two PCIe 5.0 and three PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 slots, plus an M.2 expansion card that adds two more PCIe 5.0 slots. Additionally, four SATA III interfaces are available for traditional storage devices. Network connectivity includes Marvell AQC113CS 10GbE and Realtek RTL8126 5GbE wired network cards, offering one 10Gbps and one 5Gbps RJ45 network port.
