Codemasters has just revealed F1 2013, the latest installment in the Formula One series, which will include a host of classic 80s F1 content introduced by the now-retired voice of F1, Murray Walker. More after the break.
You'll be able to compete against legendary F1 drivers like Mario Andretti, Nigel Mansell, Emerson Fittipaldi and Gerhard Berger on classic circuits such as Brands Hatch and Jerez in iconic 1980s cars from Williams, Lotus and Ferrari.
This new content will make up F1 2013's new 'Classics' mode. F1 2013 will feature all of the usual FIA 2013 season drivers and liveries, with all-new drivers, 2013 rules, remodelled handling, tyre changes and split-screen and online multiplayer, while the Classics Mode brings you new 80s content. Two additional DLC packs will be included with the premium F1 2013 Classic Edition, which adds 90s cars and drivers, such as David Coulthard, Eddie Irvine, Jacques Villeneuve and Alain Prost. These two packs will be available as post-launch DLC for anyone who purchases the standard edition of F1 2013.
