Both the top panel and the outer shell are ventilated to promote better airflow and are designed for easy removal. The top panel is magnetically fastened, allowing quick access without tools, and the outer body slides off effortlessly for convenient maintenance and assembly.

Inside the case, a tool-less sliding latch mechanism enables swift removal and reseating of the top bracket. This feature grants easy access to an open interior that accommodates a powerful three-slot GPU on one side and CPU cooling solutions on the other. A slidable central wall adds 15 mm of internal flexibility, allowing builders to adjust the internal space to find the optimal balance between GPU and CPU cooling. This adaptability ensures compatibility with a wide range of components and enhances overall system performance.

To optimize thermal performance, the Era 2 is engineered to direct airflow efficiently through the case. It comes with two pre-installed Aspect 12 PWM fans and offers ample ventilation throughout. The design supports water cooling solutions, with the ability to accommodate a top radiator up to 315 x 140 mm with a total thickness of up to 52 mm, or up to 300 x 140 mm with a thickness of up to 58 mm.
