AMD has released its latest graphics driver, the Adrenalin Edition 23.4.3, which comes with support for the new game STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor. The driver also fixes several issues, including red corruption in World War Z: Aftermath when using Vulkan API and longer shader compilation times when launching THE LAST OF US Part I.
However, the driver also has some known issues, such as high idle power observed in select high-resolution and high refresh rate displays on Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, video stuttering or performance drops during gameplay and video playback with some extended display configurations on Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, and lower-than-expected performance in some virtual reality games or applications on Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs.
Users may also experience brief display corruption when switching between video and game windows on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon RX 6700 XT, and intermittent application crashes while playing RuneScape on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon RX 5700 XT.
Furthermore, as a precautionary measure, AMD has temporarily disabled the Factory Reset option due to isolated installation issues reported during PC upgrades. However, users can use the AMD Cleanup Utility as a temporary option.
Finally, AMD is working with the developers of Hogwarts Legacy to resolve issues with water corruption on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon RX 580.
The package contents of the Adrenalin Edition 23.4.3 driver include the AMD Software version 22.40.51.05 for Windows 10 and Windows 11, with a Windows Driver Store Version of 31.0.14051.5006.
