New performance numbers of the new Intel Core i9-10900KF have leaked, the 3DMark numbers score reveals about 12,400 points in the Time Spy CPU test.
The Core i9-10900KF will have 10 cores and 20 threads with a base frequency of 3700MHz, multi-core boost up to 4800Mhz and single-core boost of 5300 MHz. This will make it very competitive in tasks that do not use as many cores thanks to its high frequencies, but in tasks that can take advantage of all the cores it will likely fall behind Ryzen 3900X.
This new line from Intel is expected to arrive in early April, although due to all the problems currently being experienced it could be delayed for a few more months.
When we take that score and shart it up (with our own result set), you'll notice that's roughly the same perf as the Ryzen 3900X, which seems to be the aim for Intel to reach. We also need to note that Time Spy is limited towards 10 threads and that 3900X is a 12-core processor. Obviously the leaked numbers should be dealt with with care, we do not know how the PC was configured setup.
