I have to say, the manufacturers at one point lost me somewhere after 6000 DPI for mice. But hey, we've recently seen 16K and 18K DPI mice, and now Cooler Master is going through the stratosphere with 32K DPI, but is it really?
The PixArt PMW-3360 optical sensor can be set with a dpi of 200 to 32000. There is a trick though, interpolation is used, the native scan resolution actually is 12000, hah! Paired with Omron switches for the main buttons an additional button located on the back of the mouse, and two buttons on the left side this mouse is aimed at right-handed people. On the photos, you can see RGB in four zones. The best part, however, is the fact that this critter can be charged via the Qi standard. The mouse can be connected via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz RF. The Cooler Master MM831 will go on sale later this year in November.
