Cooler Master is releasing an updated version of their popular Cooler Master CM 690 II. It is the Cooler Master CM 690 II Plus Black & White Edition. The chassis will be based on a two-tone body color (black & white of course). Overall the specs are fairly similar to the previous models. The chassis will have support for mini-ITX, micro-ATX and ATX motherboards.
At the top side you'll spot the I/O panel with 2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0 and 2x audio ports, four 5.25-inch external drive bays. The chassis has six 3.5-inch HDD bays (including 4 removable), 7+1 rear expansion slots (+1 slot for the vertical position) and has three fans (1x 140mm white LED fan – front, 1x 120mm fan – rear, 1x 120mm fan – top).
Cooler Master will launch the CM 690 II Plus Black & White Edition for roughly about $175.
