Cherry introduces the GENTIX 4K. This wired mouse is based on the best-selling GENTIX but has been revamped with a high-resolution sensor, which makes it more pleasant to use with 4K or 5K monitors. Users also benefit from the ergonomic design and pleasant palm grip.
The GENTIX 4K has a precise optical sensor with a maximum sampling resolution of 3600 DPI. This allows the cursor to move quickly across the screen, even on 4K/5K monitors or multi-display setups. A DPI switch on the top of the mouse allows switching between four preset resolutions (800/1200/2400/3600 DPI) on the fly at a simple push of a button.
The integrated red lighting of the clickable mouse wheel doesn’t just look good, but it’s very useful as well: thanks to a built-in LED, the user can quickly check the current DPI resolution. Regardless of the chosen resolution, the scroll wheel can be illuminated permanently or only flash accordingly when switched. Also new are the two thumb buttons on the left side of the GENTIX 4K, for example to navigate websites at lightning speed. The rubberized side parts and the abrasion-resistant surface finish remain unchanged and ensure a safe and pleasant palm grip. The special shape of the mouse allows for perfect ergonomics for every hand size, small or large. The mouse is connected to PCs or laptops with a flexible, 1.8-meter-long USB cable. Thanks to Plug & Play functionality the GENTIX 4K can be integrated into existing desktop infrastructure without the installation or setup of custom drivers.
