AverMedia a few weeks ago announced their Live Gamer 4K capture card series that is able to record 4K as well as HDR, the card is now available for around 299 USD. These cards can also record Full HD at up to 240 fps to seamlessly capture every single frame output from today's high-performance game systems.
The Live Gamer 4K is a $300 PCIe capture card that is capable of recording video over HDMI at a 2160p resolution at 60 frames per second.
