Yes, you can see whether your smartphone usage charging at a glance on a small display. China based Aukey introduced the CB-CC13 USB Type-C to Type-C cable, which can display real-time power figures. 

You can verify the power supply status of connected devices without using a USB checker since it has a power value display function on a digital display. It is a USB compatible cable with USB PD power supply capability and a maximum data transfer rate of 480 Mbps though. You can tell whether it is USB PD fast charging or slow charging by looking at the power display on the display. The cable is approximately 1m long (including the connector) and weighs around 38g. The connector is composed of zinc alloy, and the cable is braided nylon, making it extremely sturdy.

It's not expensive either, with a price of just under 15 USD/EUR.
