So you probably noticed already that some websites really plugged a AMD Fiji Dual-GPU Graphics Card release for December. That is not happening. Whether or not it really was AMDs intention to release it in December, I honestly do not know either. However Hardware France has an interesting post on the topic.
The schedule for this product now seems to be Quarter 2 2016, which is the April-June timeframe. While in a E3 live-cast, AMD CEO Lisa Su stated that the dual-GPU "Fiji" product could launch as early as Christmas 2015. Apparently the availability of HMDs (head-mounted displays) and the overall maturity in the VR ecosystem is whats holding AMD back. AMD is expecting this not sooner than Q2-2016.

A question got answered by AMD:
Q. On the E3 Livecast, Lisa committed to shipping Fiji Gemini by Xmas. What happened? Is Fiji Gemini delayed?
A. The product schedule for Fiji Gemini had initially been aligned with consumer HMD availability, which had been scheduled for Q415 back in June. Due to some delays in overall VR ecosystem readiness, HMDs are now expected to be available to consumers by early Q216. To ensure the optimal VR experience, we're adjusting the Fiji Gemini launch schedule to better align with the market.
Also it's stated that working samples of Fiji Gemini have shipped to a variety of B2B customers in Q415, and initial customer reaction has been very positive.
Now the Fury X pushes8.6 TFLOPS of performance, that means a dual-GPU version of it would offer over 16 TFLOPs of single precision performance. And yes a dual-GPU Fiji would have 8 GB HBM1 graphics memory with a whopping 8192 stream processors.
