With the Alphacool Eisbaer Solo, Alphacool offers a compact but powerful foundation for a small and powerful loop. The reservoir, pump and CPU block can take up a lot of room when separate in a system but the Alphacool Eisbaer Solo combines all this in one compact product.
The cornerstone of the Eisbaer solo is a beautiful CPU cooling plate, made of pure copper with very fine cooling fins. Due to the choice of copper fins, high cooling performance is guaranteed. The combination of pump and reservoir is located directly above the radiator base. The connections for IN and Out are located on the reservoir and both of these connections are based on the standard G1/4" thread and are therefore compatible with all standard water cooling connections. The Eisbaer Solo is filled via the fill port, which is also located on top of the housing.
Inside the Eisbaer Solo, Alphacool has used the DC-LT pump/ The DC-LT Low Noise Ceramic Pump is successfully used in many Alphacool products. These include the two very successful all-in-one CPU coolers Eisbaer and Eisbear LT, but also in other products such as the external water cooling Eiswand. The DC-LT rotates with 2600 rpm and can be regulated between 7 and 12 V. The DC-LT can also be used as an external water cooler. This can be done using an optional adapter cable or a potentiometer. With a power consumption of only 4W, the DC-LT Low Noise Ceramic Pump is one of the most economical on the market. With a delivery head of 0.85 m, it is anything but weak. Nevertheless, many tests of the Eisbaer CPU-AiO solution confirm that the pump is one of the quietest on the market.
