Right, as promised a photo of the chassis rear side with the panel removed and that exposes a thing or two alright. Cable management won't be a problem. There are many grommet holes and gaps to work with.
Notice the rectangular bay? Here you can insert trays for two 3.5 inch drives that can be seated this way. Installing a HDD is simple, you mount the tray clip onto the HDD and then slide it into place in the bay. The HDD rests on rubber rings so they will not resonate.
Now if you do not use one or the two 5.25" bays, in there you could mount an SSD or HDD as well, not an optimal location mounted with just screws and no rubber inserts though.
Next to that at the frontside you'll get two mounting areas for SSDs. We did not have any big issues routing the cables.
BTW, included is a pouch with the standards like screws tie-wraps and a manual etc.
