There was a lot of air inside the Reserator unit, blocking the flow. Squeeze and pull that degassing cable a little, turn the unit on/off a couple of times. Once the flow starts, all is good.
We can now connect the tubing coming from the PC towards the Reserator. But ... you'll need to re-use the two quick-couplings from the degassing tube. Removing them from that tube is a royal pain in the ass. I actually cut them loose with a nail clip.
Seriously, Zalman should just add two extra quick-couplings.
Check for leaks, double check and after a few minutes triple check. Once confident that all is secure you can connect the other components to the PSU and turn on the PC. To date we have had no leakages whatsoever.

And obviously the Water-block on the CPU cooler being cooled down.
