The side panels of the XT Plus (both sides) feature machined slots and vents to make sure your components inside the PC are well cooled. This not only helps for good ventilation for the interior, but looks nice as well.

The rear of the chassis is pretty typical and has a PSU mount, two 80mm fan placements; an I/O shield opening and seven expansion card slots. That last slot will have a cable leading out, let me show you that a little better.

Here we can see that a tad better. This cable obviously is for the LCD panel and is to be connected to your videocard.

The innards; at the front-side of the chassis we come across two drive cages and a assortment of wires and cables. Also we see a fan located at the bottom of the chassis, a little unusual.

Sorry to say that the motherboard tray is not removable, but there's so much space to work in so that does not pose any issue whatsoever. Detail; even the the silver-colored standoffs are pre-installed. Cables and wires are tied together; though the final wiring job will get a tad more complicated.
