Below a couple of component photos. First up the controller from Phison, secondly the DRAM chips, there are two of them from SK Hynix. Then you'll notice a NAND chip, the PCB has four of these, two in the front and two at the backside, thus each holding 512GB written NAND with a bit of TLC (I love making that joke). The TA indicates this is Toshiba base NAND, likely 64 or 96-layers. Note: the photos of the controller failed so I reused the one from the MP600 review (same controller). We'll use the M.2 unit on a Ryzen 7 3800XT / X570 platform.
