SSD Performance HD Tune PRO (IOPS)

HD Tune Pro (IOPS)

HD Tune Pro is a hard disk utility and benchmarking utility for Windows. We want to focus at IOPS perf in the dedicated test for that. IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second, pronounced eye-ops) is a performance measurement used to characterize computer storage devices like hard disk drives (HDD), solid-state drives (SSD), and storage area networks (SAN). IOPS numbers published by storage device manufacturers do not relate to real-world application performance, it does, however, create a metric of how many operations per second the storage unit is capable of.
