The audio solution is based on last years Realtek ALC 1150 CODEC. You can spot more expensive audio grade capacitors for a bit better SNR ratio as well as it has been positioned on an isolated circuitry.
Overall the board features wise is excellent, you get everything you need and wish for. Aesthetically however we doubt that this motherboard will attract the western market channel.
Just one 8-pin connector to power that processor of yours, weirdly enough rotated 90 degrees. The motherboard has a 10-Phase Power delivery design for the processor based on digital power controllers. SuperMicro, as always, follows their stringent (quality) component selection, hey it is marketed as server grade.
