A little over exposed, sorry about that as it does not do the case any real justice. Let's have a look at the casing with that other option, the standard closed side-panel (no window):

When we add a little light into the room you can see the air intake/exhaust. Now let's have a look at the other side of that panel.
Ouch, no active fan to be found. Yet there is some sort of "funnel" that will be placed directly over your CPU. That way CPU heat will be guided (mostly) to the outside of the PC preventing other components from heating up. You can simply unscrew this thing and mount a fan on there as it is a typical 80mm slot.
