In the past we reviewed pretty much all the PC cases from the guys at NZXT, a small yet growing company that specialized themselves in making what they call "gaming armor." Let's talk about gaming armor. It of course shields you and in this case your PC. Yes my Guru's we are actually talking about PC casing here :)
At first we checked out their Guardian case, a couple of months ago their truly lovely Nemesis casing and today the tide will turn and go to the all new Trinity model. The Trinity series is a little bit different though.
Where the other cases were targeted at the true hardcore high-end gamers, this time they aim at... well the true hardcore gamers actually... yet those on a budget. And that's a very clever move as far as I'm concerned. Let me get something out of the way first, the previous models casings definitely were not cheap, yet were worth every penny. But a company solely offering casings that start at 100 bucks is limiting a huge chunk of the market as for a lot of consumers that price is out of their reach.
The Trinity PC casing series is setting a new trend, cheaper priced PC casings from the new NZXT classic line, yet pre-modded and with a certain look and feel to it that makes it very interesting. I say cheaper as the cases you will see today are priced at only 59,00 and that includes VAT/Taxes thus budget wise making it a mid-range product. For that money you'll receive a lovely PC casing with slide in HD mounts, transparent side windows with LED fan, back fan, front door, one temperature probe with LCD display on the front of the casing and all that in a beautifully painted casing. Sound interesting eh?
Let me walk you through the Trinity products. Basically there are two models in black and silver, one with side window and other with a closed window. The window version as stated will cost 59 where the closed version will be even a couple of bucks cheaper.

Now then, if you are wondering about the name Trinity... yes as you know by now I have a habit of looking things up.
n. pl. trin·i·ties
- A group consisting of three closely related members. Also called trinity.
- Trinity Theology In most Christian faiths, the union of three divine persons, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, in one God. Also called Trine.
- Trinity Trinity Sunday.
Ooohwkaaay this explains the naming, this is the third model out of a total of three. I'm betting on option 1.
Features of the Trinity casing include: steel plated Gunmetal finished coating on the Front Panel (yes plastic), a pretty much screwless system, Front USB and Audio ports as stated above, thermal Display Meter, a classic Stealth Side Panel (I seriously don't know what that means :), 10 Drive bays, SECC Steel Material and an optional 400w Power Supply.
