Introduction

MSI has a broad range of PC components (like motherboards and graphic cards), laptops, monitors, routers, and peripherals, including keyboards, mice, controllers, mouse pads, and audio. Relating to that, we’re now checking the headset IMMERS GH50 Wireless. It’s the highest model from the series, starting with a GH20 model. There was a wired GH50 released a few years ago, so we didn’t expect major differences except for the method of communication. The connection is done using the low-latency 2.4 GHz signal. The headset is compatible with PC, MAC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch consoles. The built-in DAC and dongle are the factors when using the wireless connection. You can use the optional 3.5 mm jack to be compatible with almost every device (like Xbox). MSI doesn’t indicate the range of the connection. The battery life is stated as “up to 22 hours.” Inside the IMMERSE GH50 Wireless are 50 mm neodymium audio drivers, which are light and durable. The mic is omnidirectional and detachable, and its frequency response is 100-10,000 Hz, the sensitivity is -36 dB, and the impedance is ≦ 2.2 KΩ.

The headset weighs 326 g (727 g for the whole package), and the dimensions are 200 x 170 x 80 mm. The MSI IMMERSE GH50 Wireless is compatible with the MSI Center software. In the set, you get a carry pouch, a 3.5 mm cable, a USB-C to A charging cable, a wireless USB transmitter & USB-A to USB-C converter.
