The Plus model that we are testing is the somewhat more expensive model and includes two items that the standard version does not have. The first we can see above. This is a blower fan that takes air from outside the PC and blows it over your graphics card and other PCI (Express) cards.
Installing it is a bit tricky, but you secure it tightly to the backside of the casing with the help of some supplied screws.
This however is an additional air duct to hasten heat dissipation for CPU. It takes the hot air from the CPU and guides it towards the exhausting 120mm fan, to which it is actually mounted. Let me visualize it a little for you to understand.
Here we can see that functioning. The air duct can be pushed forward and backward like, for example, a door. So you can place it close to the CPU of your mainboard where it can "catch" that hot air more easily. Unfortunately we will not be using these two lovely items as today's system is going to be installed with some nice watercooling.
