When we flip it around we see an okay copper base finish. Small tip to Inno3D, protect that copper base with a plastic sticker or something, it's bound to be damaged as it is not protected at all.
We insert nuts into the base of the cooler. BTW the manual mentions position 3 for a GeForce 9600 GT. This actually is wrong, it's position two (the middle openings).
We have now pushed the cooler on top of the card, flip it around and bolt it secure with 4 screws. Don't force this, when you feel tension on the spring then simply stop as you are there.
Last but not least, do not forget to connect the cooler to the PCB, as you definitely want some current going to that ventilator.
You are done, the product is completely prepped now. It should take you a couple of minutes only, a very easy job to do.
