Upper view of the Radeon X1650 PRO IceQ Turbo, nice clean design. The cooling immediately catches the eye due to it's sheer size of course. The PCB design looks 100% similar to the X1600 Pro/XT products.

The card does not need to be hooked up to your power supply as it feeds 100% from the PCI-Express slot. That means power consumption is below 75 Watts.
