Right then, as stated on the previous page there's literally no difference in terms of PCB, features or performance wise between the X1600 XT and this new X1650 Pro. Why produce it then? Well, the price. Expect the X1650 Pro series to sell for roughly 115 to 130 EUR which is rather close to budget graphics cards.

So the X1650 Pro still has 12 pixel pipelines like the X1600 series. The version we received from HiS is equipped with 256MB of memory. It's 128-bit and flavored gDDR3 clocked at 700 MHz (x2). The graphics core itself is slightly clocked higher than the reference specifications at ~625 MHz.

Obviously since we are dealing with an HIS product the card comes with the ICEQ cooler which ensures you great graphics core temperatures but also exceedingly important, it's inaudible. Enjoy the silence !

If you look at the picture below you'll notice that the card is bundled with Cyberlink DVD Solution 4 and the game Dungeon Siege. At this price point you can't really expect Ghost Recon you know ! Furthermore everything to get you connected is included, including dual-slot cooler bracket, 2x DVI-VGA dongles, S-Video cable and component 3-way RCA cable for HDTV connectivity.

For the 129 EUR you have to pay for this product it's quite a complete kit.

It's a really lovely bundle for the money.
