So it is a bit different alright, a closed-loop liquid + air cooling solution. This in fact is the Arctic Cooling Accelero Hybrid, it has a radiator separated from the card, connected to the water block via a pair of pumps.
Here we can see the connectors, one full DP, one HDMI and two DVI connectors. So yes, Eyefinity works here perfectly fine as well. It might be a very interesting card to setup a desktop multi-monitor setup this way. And sure, this might is not as good looking as R9 295X2 cooler, but it really is a cheaper and more affordable alternative that produces nice results.
The card comes with two BIOSes. One stores a STANDARD reference BIOS, and another one that functions as fail-safe.
