Now a change of cooler as we move to liquid cooling. This time it will be the Asus Ryujin 360. This page contains the results for cooling the i7 8700K at 4.8 GHz and 1.3V. When AIO (All-in-One) has been used, the difference between the best and the worst of the "regular" (not liquid metal) thermal paste is 4 degrees Celsius.
