When we flip the card around you'll stumble into the Molex connector that needs to be hooked up to your PSU. It's slightly difficult to reach yet should not be a problem at all.
Here's a better look at the the cards active cooling solution which is effective and a rather silent solution.
Small details matter bigtime we always say, look how well cables are guided, also notice that the cards memory is cooled down by copper plating merged to the cooling unit.
Oh and in case you where wondering, that cable is of course for the cards active fan.
