Performance - DDR3 Memory read | write
Memory Read test
Obviously we also had to peek at memory bandwidth performance. Now with the regular AIDA memory tests we see good performance, but it certainly did not double up, despite being in quad channel mode.
Memory Write test
We did the same with the memory write tests. Again, average default results here. It totally changes once we measure with SiSoft Sandra though:
Sandra Memory Index
Here we make use of the Sandra Memory performance test, it gives us an index score of overall memory performance, and yeah... there's no hiding from that. These are near silly numbers to observe as with 2133 MHz in quad channel we reach 38 GB/sec at 1600 MHz, that's 38.000 MB/sec of bandwidth.
