So we have been reviewing Corsair headsets ever since the beginning, their first wireless headset was the V2000, that was replaced by the Vengeance 2100 and now the Corsair Gaming H2100 is positioned next to this model. Both the Vengeance with Corsair sails logo and Corsair Gaming with the new blades logo will be offered onto the market.

The H2100 comes in a suitable see-through box, with a window on the side so you can see the coolness contained within. Never mind the picture of it on the box:

The Vengeance 2000 and 2100 were already extremely close to each other in terms of audio features. The V2100 and new H2100 are exactly the same aside from the new color theme. The huge advantage for this headset is that it is totally wireless, and with a good range as well; we reached 10 meters easily in our WIFI cluttered office.

Included in the packaging you can find the Corsair Gaming H 2100 wireless gaming headset, dongle (wireless USB adapter), 1.5m USB extension cable, 1.5m USB charging cable, quick start guide, safety leaflet and warranty card (you receive a two year warranty with this product).

The H2100 is not at all heavy, at around 325g. You'll have to download the drivers off of Corsairs site. The drivers are also good for the HS1, 1100, 1500, 2000 and 2100 in case youre wondering. Once you plug them in, the headset is in fact plu and play. However please do install the Corsair diver suite, as it offers the niche EQ and Surround functionality you'll need to download and install them. The latest release driver is 2.0.3x (as tested) and has Windows 8.1 support.
