So the sample that has arrived in our all Dutch test facility is the 240GB version of the Force GS drive. The Force GS series will come with Toggle NAND helping our greatly in IOPS performance. The SSD leverages a SandForce SF-2281 controller and SATA 6 Gb/s interface to deliver read speeds up to 555 MB/s and writes up to 525 MB/s depending on volume size of the SSD.
After formatting the 240GB model we get 223GB of available volume space to us. Its maximum sequential read and write speeds are 555/525 MB per second, with maximum random 4k write speeds as high as 90,000 IOPS. With capacities of 180GB, 240GB, 360GB, and 480GB.

MSRP we spotted in the United States start at $189.99 for 180GB, $239.99 for 240GB, $349.99 for 340GB and $489.99 for 480GB capacities. MSRP typically means lower re- and etail prices though.
Initial tests straight away show us that the product is fast alright, this product stays on top of the latest Marvell, Indilinx and sure, Corsairs previous latest and greatest as well. Interesting to see is that the Toggle NAND flash type comes from SanDisk.
