We are using X79 with an Intel Core i7 3960X, and despite that is a quad channel memory setup, it will hurt us a little in performance with some tests as Sandy Bridge and say Z77 dominate when it comes to dual-channel performance, however in sheer multi-channel bandwidth it will rock. But again, that's stuff we'll show you later on.
