Once connected and the PC powered up we can distill the product to one word, subtlety. A combo of red and blue colored LEDs welcome us. Based on a combination of the function key and other keys you can change the LED lighting preferences and/or macro profile system on the fly, you may also control that with the portal software suite btw.

NOTE: the yellow discoloration is a thin protective layer of plastic that I had not removed just yet.

There's not much going on at the backside. It has rubber feet and that is it, a bit of a miss is the fact that this keyboard does not have standoffs as well too, normally allowing allow a little more height and create an angled position. The keyboard feels heavy but really isn't at 475g, and combined with rubber feet will ensure you from the keyboard not sliding away. It has a very tight grip on my rather slippery desktop.

The SK621 uses a dark braided USB cable that is almost two meters in length. The keyboard does not offer any other USB connectivity as in a hub or something, there's just one cable which you connect to your PC and that is it.

Alternatively, you can select Bluetooth. Simply unplug and move that button. By pressing the function key and Z, X or C you then can connect through Bluetooth. In Windows simply add a BT keyboard, when found enter the code on the keyboard and you are paired. You can connect to three devices this way, paired to either the Z, X or C key. The BT range, by the way, is excellent, you can get an easy 5 meters out of it.

As you very likely know, Cherry MX keys can be swapped, as such Cooler master is delivering a keycap puller. No other keys are included. It probably would have been a nice idea to add additional rugged WASD keys or something.
