So that top HDD could be removed should you not be able to mount a very lengthy graphics card up to 399mm / 15.7 inch. Realistically, however, is the fact that the most long graphics cards are 31 cm in length.
Above a production shot of the chassis, here you can see the overall LED lighting a little better. The two fans in the front will light up white. Photo's hardly do the chassis any justice as it really is an impressive piece of machinery alright.
The Scout 2 Advanced has a very sturdy feel to it as well, likely thanks to a good build quality. Motherboard installation is rather simple. The chassis will allow Micro ATX / ATX motherboard form factors so most motherboards are compatible.
Remember all fans are PWM controlled, so if your motherboard allows it, you can control the fan RPM. If not you could use a fan controller of course. The fans themselves are as noisy as you want them to be, but overall the chassis will produce a normal noise level if you keep all fans at say 40% rotation, and that will offer you a truckload of airflow.
