We have a handful of applications available in which we can measure, to a certain extent, DirectX Raytracing. Below, the results for the Port Royale DX-Raytracing test. The results below are reference card results. The page offers reference performance based on the founder edition card, for your reference. AIB cards would be marginally faster.
You can argue the test itself and how good it looks, but 3DMark offers a valid hybrid raytracing test. And as such we can observe generational performance increases. Seen from RTX 2080 for example, performance almost doubled up.
